南航日前在成都注册设立了分公司，成为成都机场的第8家基地航空公司。至此，业界公认的国航、东航、南航中国“三大航”都在成都设立了基地，成都是我国中西部地区拥有基地航空公司最多的城市。不仅如此，近年来成都还吸引了大量的国际航空公司入驻，来到成都开拓市场。来自成都机场的数据显示，截至目前，在成都机场营运的国际国内航空公司数量已达50余家。

各大航空公司进入成都市场以来，特别是外国航空公司企业高管对成都的发展有何感受？在成都即将举行的第22届世界航线发展大会上，希望在哪些方面展开交流合作？世航会将给成都带来什么机遇？今后又将在成都实施怎样的战略举措？对此，记者以“外航高管看成都”为主题，专访了入驻成都的部分外国航空公司高管决策者。今天，本报率先推出对阿提哈德航空政府事务副总裁蒲努萨米的专访。

谈成都成都是全球增长最快城市之一

早在2011年，阿提哈德航空开通成都直飞阿布扎比的首条中东航线。进入成都市场以来，阿提哈德航空非常重视成都的辐射功能和战略地位，深耕市场。去年8月，在米兰世博会期间，阿提哈德航空联合意大利航空在世博会联合展馆举行了“成都周”活动，向全球大力推广成都。

“成都与阿布扎比之间有着很大的相似性和兼容性，两大城市作为区域经济中心和航空枢纽都在经历着强劲增长。”阿提哈德航空政府事务副总裁蒲努萨米称，另一大相似之处是两者对地区文化都有着丰富的意义，因此我们很高兴看到当地政府的投资和扶持力度，将为两大城市建立更紧密伙伴关系创造机会，并有望为双方带来显著互利。

蒲努萨米表示，成都作为“一带一路”战略和长江经济带建设的交汇点，全球增长最快的城市之一，其强劲的发展态势令世人瞩目。以进入成都市场运营情况为例，自2011年阿提哈德航空开通成都航线以来，成都航线的旅客运输量呈现出两位数增长，即使面对诸多航企的竞争和运力增长，成都航线的业绩依然保持稳定增长的势头。截至目前，阿提哈德航空在此条航线上的客货运输量分别超过了40万人次和1.3万吨。

谈世航会世航会将为全球搭建交流平台一

也正因为如此，阿提哈德航空开通成都航线后，多次加大航班密度。目前，成都至阿布扎比的直飞航班加密至每天一班。“来自成都以及中国西南部周边城市的旅客，从成都出发可经由阿布扎比转乘至全球的逾110个目的地。”蒲努萨米说，该条航线为旅客往返于欧洲、中东、非洲和北美地区开辟了方便的新门户，促进了中阿两国间的贸易增长，目前中国已经成为阿联酋的第二大贸易伙伴。

蒲努萨米称，成都是一个活力充沛、现代化的大都市，为中国西部拥有先进基础设施的交通枢纽，也是外商直接投资的最大市场之一。通过举办世航会，成都将向全球展示良好形象，让参会者亲临感受到这座城市的活力和魅力，同时这也将为全球各大航企与机场、政府部门和旅游当局等搭建起难得的很好的交流合作平台。

成都日报：早在2011年，阿提哈德航空就进入了成都市场，开通了成都直飞阿布扎比的国际航线，并很快加大了航班密度。请介绍一下，开航5年多来该航线的运营情况？对成都市场有怎样的感受、作何评价？

Etihad Airways entered the Chengdu market by commencing a non-stop international service between Abu Dhabi and Chengdu in 2011, and increased to daily flights in 2014. Please provide an overview to the operation of this service since its inauguration over 5 years ago. What are your experiences and comments on the Chengdu market?

蒲努萨米（Vijay Poonoosamy）：Actually we see great similarities and compatibility between Abu Dhabi and Chengdu, where both are experiencing strong growth both as economic centers as well as aviation hubs. There are also similarities in that both have rich cultural significance in their regions so we/'re excited by the opportunities in seeing greater partnership between the two and expect a great deal of mutual benefit given the right level of local government investment and support.

Etihad Airways launched its Chengdu route with four flights per week on 15 December 2011,with daily services beginning on 30 March, 2014. This offering was the first and only direct airline connection between the UAE and China/'s Sichuan province, home to a population of over 80 million. Our guests traveling from Chengdu and nearby Southwest China are now connected to more than 110 destinations across the Gulf region, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America through Abu Dhabi.

阿提哈德航空于2011年12月15日开通成都航线，每周执飞4班，2014年3月30日加密为每日一班。这是阿联酋与人口超过8000万的四川省之间首条和唯一一条直航航线。如今，来自成都以及中国西南部周边城市的旅客可经由阿布扎比转乘至海湾地区、中东、非洲、欧洲和北美地区的超过110个目的地。

The route opened convenient new gateways for travel to and from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America and has stimulated growth of trade between the UAE and China, already the Emirates/' second largest trading partner.

该条航线为旅客往返于欧洲、中东、非洲和北美地区开辟了方便的新门户，促进了阿中两国间的贸易增长，而中国已经成为阿联酋第二大贸易伙伴。

Passenger volumes on the Chengdu route saw a double digit increase in first four years from 2011 to 2015. Even under competition and capacity increases from various airlines, the Chengdu route perfornace has still remained steady. As of today, more than 400,000 passgeners have flown with Etihad Airways on this route, and over 13,000 tons of cargo have been shipped.

在2011年至2015年的四年，成都航线的旅客运输量呈两位数增长。即使面临诸多航企的竞争和运力增长，成都航线的业绩依然保持稳定。截至目前，阿提哈德航空在此条航线上的客货运输量分别超过了40万人次和1.3万吨。

成都日报：此次世航会在成都举办，是中国内地继北京之后第二座举办该盛会的城市。借此次盛会的契机，阿提哈德航空希望在哪些方面取得交流合作成果？

Chengdu has become the second city in Chinese mainland to host the WRDC along with Beijing. In what areas does Etihad Airways hope to achieve outcomes from your exchanges and collaborations at the conference?

蒲努萨米：China is UAE/'s second largest trading partner. As an important bridge between China and UAE, Etihad Airways/' China-UAE services will continue to play a positive role in facilitating trade between the two countries. The "Belt and Road" travels through the continents of Asia, Europe and Africa, connecting the vibrant economies of East Asia in the east with the developed economies of Western Europe in the west, and encompasses the countries in between which have a vast potential for economic development. The "Belt and Road" initiative will focus on jointly building a new Eurasian Land Bridge by utilizing international transport routes and key cities along the "Belt and Road". As a key aviation hub in the Gulf region, the UAE and Abu Dhabi will surely play a vital role in the development of the "Belt and Road" framework, using the strong global network of Etihad Airways.

中国是阿联酋第二大贸易伙伴。作为中阿两国间的一条重要桥梁，阿提哈德航空中阿航线将为促进两国的双边贸易持续发挥积极作用。“一带一路”贯穿亚欧非大陆，东边是活跃的东亚经济圈，西边是发达的西欧经济网络，中间广大腹地国家经济发展潜力巨大。“一带一路”倡议依托国际大通道和沿线中心城市，着力打造新亚欧大陆桥梁。阿联酋-阿布扎比作为海湾地区的重要航空枢纽，凭借阿提哈德航空强大的国际网络，在“一带一路”发展框架中，势必发挥出极其重要的作用。

We hope to leverage China/'s "Belt and Road" policy to attract more attention from Chinese airlines and civil aviation authorities, further enhance our cooperation and expand our presence, while allowing Chinese travelers, businesses and foreign trade to travel throughout the entire world and bring home win-win results in the most practical, quick, and convenient way possible using the favorable geographical position of the UAE.

我们希望能够借助中国倡议的“一带一路”战略，引起中国航企和民航局的更大重视，进一步加强合作，拓展业务；同时充分利用阿联酋优越的地理位置，让中国旅客、企业和对外贸易能够以最合理、最快速和最便捷的方式走向世界，实现共赢。

成都日报：您认为，作为全球民航界的“奥运会”，世航会在成都举办将给民航企业带来哪些利好和机遇？

The World Routes has been often compared to the "Olympics Games" of the global civil aviation community. What benefits and opportunities do you think there are for civil aviation companies with WRDC being held in Chengdu?

蒲努萨米：Chengdu is a vibrant and modern metropolis, a traffic hub in Western China with advanced infrastructure, and it is also one of the biggest markets in China for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). By being the host city of the World Routes Development Forum, Chengdu will showcase the key players in the airline industry and provide first-hand impressions of Chengdu/'s readiness to be able to support the rapidly evolving development of the aviation industry.

成都是一个活力充沛、现代化的大都市，是中国西部拥有先进基础设施的交通枢纽，为外商直接投资的最大市场之一。通过举办世航会，成都将展示航空业的关键参与者，让人们能够亲身感受到成都为促进航空业的快速发展已经做好了充分准备。

助力成都国家级国际航空枢纽建设川航将在蓉增加运力投放

9月19日下午，四川航空与成都市政府等签署战略合作协议，政企联动共建成都国家级国际航空枢纽。川航相关负责人表示，合作协议的签署，对助力打造成都国家级国际航空枢纽和四川民航业发展将产生积极作用。

根据成都市“十三五”规划，未来五年，成都将进一步提升和打通出川大通道，着力构建以“双机场”为核心、“空、铁、公”三位一体的现代立体交通体系，建成内畅外通、辐射区域、联通世界的国际内陆型综合交通枢纽。

川航相关负责人称，建成枢纽机场需要枢纽航企的积极参与，作为成都基地主流航企，川航与成都市政府就共同打造国家级国际航空枢纽达成共识：增加川航在成都主基地的飞机运力投放、扩大市场份额，加快构建以成都为枢纽的国际航线网络；成都市大力支持川航加快发展；形成定期协商机制，双方定期沟通交流国际航线开通和川航发展中的具体问题。

当天，川航、四川华西集团、中建西南设计院还共同签署了战略合作框架协议，三方将在航空运营基地建设领域展开合作。

紧跟四川对外开放的步伐，积极融入国家“一带一路”战略，川航近两年内先后新开通了莫斯科、迪拜、东京、大阪、布拉格等多条国际航线，洛杉矶航线也即将开通。（记者杨富）
